This dashboard covers 16 SEC and 18 ACC schools. The ACC group now spans the full national footprint (including Cal and Stanford, who joined the ACC in 2024, and Notre Dame as a partial/football member) and includes both public flagships and elite privates (Duke, Wake Forest, BC, Miami, SMU, Syracuse). The SEC group similarly now mixes large public value plays with one elite private (Vanderbilt). Practical read: SEC still skews merit/value; the most selective need-met privates and publics now sit across both conferences.

AL — Alabama Student Grant (need-based) + UA/Auburn automatic merit.
AR — ASLA need-based grants + Honors fellowships.
CA — Cal Grant at Berkeley. Elite privates (Stanford) run need-met, no/low-merit models.
FL — Bright Futures: FAS (up to 100% tuition) / FMS (75%).
GA — HOPE (tuition) / Zell Miller (full tuition+); no-stack with full-ride.
IN — Notre Dame (institutional need-met).
KY — KHEAA / CAP need-based grants.
LA — GO Grant (modest); verify TOPS status each cycle.

PA — Pennsylvania State Grant at Pitt.
SC — Palmetto Fellows / LIFE (cover most-to-full tuition).

TX — TEXAS Grant (need-based; limited institutional merit at UT).
VA — Virginia Grant + AccessUVA ("no-loan" for residents with need).

Reminder: several of these (UNC, UT Austin, UTK, UVA, Cal, Texas A&M) have a large in-state vs out-of-state admit gap — the overall rate understates resident odds and overstates non-resident odds.
